About Your Compassionate Accountability Coach
“You don’t need more willpower. You need the right kind of support.”
I’m a certified life coach and seasoned accountability coach with over two decades of experience in accountability coaching and practicing and teaching mindfulness. Although I am also an experienced licensed mental health professional/therapist, coaching is not therapy. This program was developed based on decades of experience, witnessing the transformative impact of compassionate accountability in achieving sustainable, long-term goals—both personally and professionally.
I have completed a year long Mindfulness certification program, completed many 8 week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR)programs/classes, developed and taught mindfulness programs to children, familles, and adults for many years. I've effectively helped people move from stuck to steady by integrating science-backed coaching strategies with mindfulness practices that cultivate clarity, courage, and compassionate action. My background includes extensive experience in behavior change coaching, emotional regulation, and building sustainable habits that align with personal values and goals.
I’ve also taught mindfulness in schools, community and family settings, and group programs, always adapting to meet people where they are with warmth and respect.
Beyond my coaching work, I’ve served in leadership roles within professional coaching and peer support communities, where I’ve mentored others, facilitated trainings, and helped shape inclusive coaching spaces. My approach is grounded in deep listening, practical accountability, and a belief that growth becomes possible with the right support—especially when life feels overwhelming.
My approach is stress informed and practical: Whether you’re navigating burnout, trying to follow through on professional or personal goals, trying to manage the chaos of parenting or the effects of living in the digital age, or just seeking more structure and calm in your daily life, I’m here to walk beside you—offering clear tools, consistent check-ins, and a compass to return to what matters most.
If you’re ready for grounded, compassionate accountability and tools that actually fit into your life, I’d be honored to support you. Just check out Coaching Packages or book a free 15 minute Compass Check call
The Process:
1) Assessment: We begin by understanding your patterns, energy rhythms, and emotional blockers.
2) Visioning: We explore and define your goals and what success and thriving looks like—for you.
3) Plotting the course: We break big goals into doable actions that build self-trust and momentum.
4) Reflection & Review: We use check-ins and gentle inquiry to refine your systems and deepen awareness.
5) Structure & Support: You get clear plans and the relational accountability to follow through.
Further, I believe that:
• Self-compassion is not a luxury—it’s a requirement for lasting change.
• Accountability should feel like empowerment, not pressure.
• Structure should serve your life, not control it.
With stress-informed , effective and affirming tools and practices and with a deeply human approach, I help you build systems that work for your real life—messy, meaningful, and full of potential.
Together, we’ll make space for clarity, action, positive change, and gentleness. One micro-step at a time.
